Rosie and Lucy met making BBC3’s hit makeover format ‘Snog, Marry, Avoid?’ and through the fog of fake tan and the barrage of boob jobs, they forged a creative partnership based on a mutual love of unashamedly entertaining television.

Rosie started her career in BBC Entertainment and has since worked for a wide-range of channels and indies, including ITV Studios, Talkback, Endemol and NBC on international formats like ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ and ‘Big Brother’. Together with Lucy she secured primetime commissions for BBC2 and C4. She also co-created BBC3’s ‘Snog, Marry, Avoid?’ and occasionally admits to being the voice of POD.

Lucy started out as a Promo Producer before making the leap into TV working on Castaway for the BBC. She has since worked for a number of UK indies, most recently running Factual Entertainment Development at NBC. She co-created and Series Directed Working Girls for BBC3 and with Rosie she secured primetime commissions The Millionaire Party Planner for C4 and BBC2’s Restaurant Wars, which she exec produced.
